Q: I'm looking for an item that is not on your website, but I do see you sell other products from that company, would I be able to order it through you?

A: Our company does not have cookie cutter rules and we like being flexible where possible. Just send us an email with the details and we'll try to help you out.

Q: Do you ship to outside of Europe?

A: Yes! However we are still in the process of implementing fully functional shipping calculator. Please contact us for exact quote. You might be eligible for VAT relief.

Q: Do you have a showroom where I can see your products?

A: Yes! Please come visit us. For more info, follow this link to our showroom page. Our showroom is open from Sunday through Friday and even during the evening! Viewings are by appointment only, simply drop us an email or give us a call so we can be fully prepared to welcome you.

Q: I live outside the UK, but would like to make a purchase from your website.

A: Good news, we offer international delivery from as low as £2.90! Just add any item you wish into the shopping basket, there you will have the option to choose your destination country. Once your country has been chosen, you will automatically see the various shipping options calculated for you.

Q: I'm a little concerned about the safety of using my credit card online.

A: We strive to reach the highest levels of internet security. All credit card information is processed through encrypted pages, recognizable by the https protocol. We do not store credit card information, it all gets processed via sagepay or paypal. For enhanced security we request ccv codes and process payments via 3d secure services. In addition, we are PCI compliant, which adheres to a very high standard of internet security.

Q: I would like to purchase an item as a gift, but do not want the recipient to receive an invoice.

A: Our invoices are only sent via email to the purchaser, we will never include them in the actual parcel. We will include In the parcel a packing slip, which is a description of the item received along with the quantity. At the checkout page, you will have the option to specify a separate shipping and billing address. In addition, if you wish to include a gift message, simply enter it in the 'comment' field and we will include it in the parcel.
